Product OVERVIEW

NV-320SE is a low cost LAN extender with PoE, compliant with G.993.2 VDSL2 standard and providing up to 160Mbps symmetric using only a single copper wire pair. specially designed for a LAN to LAN extension with PoE and supporting both symmetrical and asymmetrical transmission at up to 100/100Mbps up to 300 meters and 5 / 1Mbps up to 3000 meters, this is a perfect solution to extend LAN with PoE for IP Surveillance or PoE powered devices at any location outside of the 100 meters reach.

Efficient Management:

To offer a variety of application, NV-320SE is equipped with DIP switch for mode selection, which offer customer a convenient way to configure setting depending on your usage. For more band profile detail, please refer to user manual.

G.INP / G998.4

G.998.4 is a newer alternative to FEC (Forward Error Correction) and interleaving to providing a lower overhead (FEC loses about 12% whereas G.INP only corrects errors when they actually occur) so there is little overhead. G.998.4 was formerly known as G.INP and may also be referred to as Impulse Noise Protection or Physical Retransmission (PHY-R).
G998.4 operates at the physical layer. The transmitting modem keeps a copy of transmitted data in a retransmission buffer. If the receiver detects corruption (by way of a checksum) a retransmission is requested. If the transmitter responds in time, the data is repaired. The round-tip time of a retransmission should be <4ms. If the transmitter doesn't retransmit in time, the corrupt data is forwarded for higher level protocols to sort out.

Plug&Play:

NV-320SE is a relatively easy-to-use Ethernet Extender. There is no complicated procedure to set up a network, NV-320SE supports Auto-Negotiation function, which the only thing customer should do is Plug & Play, and the rest will be done by NV-320SE.

Easy Installation

The NV-320SE may be installed on any level surface (e.g. a table or shelf or rail) that use bracket or DIN rail plate. The NV-320SE supports plug-and-play installation and is fully compatible with all kinds of network protocols. Furthermore, user can watch the status of each individual port via the LED indicators.
