Shipping Term
FOB Taiwan, EX Works if total orders amount is less than US$5000.
Delivery Lead Time
Sample order:Within 7~14 working days after receipt of payment.
Formal order:Within 4~6 weeks after receipt of payment.
Warranty
All Netsys Products come standard with two-years (PSU one year) warranty from original B/L date. Natural disaster and misuse are excluded from warranty coverage.
RMA
Please contact sales@netsys.com.tw to request an RMA number and further instructions for returning a
product for warranty or out-of-warranty repairs. Netsys reserves the right to repair and return or replace

Warranty shipping responsibility
1. Period of warranty : Buyer is responsible for departure trip shipping cost, and National Enhance Technology corp. is responsible for return trip shipping cost.
2. Warranty exclusion/ out of warranty : Buyer is responsible for round trip shipping cost.
